Reservations Policies
Reservations will be held until 6 p.m., local time. If the guest does not arrive by the specified time, the room may be given to another guest without any further obligation to the guest making the original reservation. A guest may guarantee a room all night using a valid American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, Carte Blanche, or Diners Club credit card. If the guest does not check into the hotel and fails to cancel the reservation before 6 p.m., the property may bill the guest for one nights’ lodging.
SPECIAL STIPULATIONS FOR MASTERS WEEK
The Masters Golf Tournament will take place from April 3rd - April 13th 2009. All reservations booked for this period will be subject to the following conditions.
- Reservations must be prepaid in full by February 1st 2009. This includes all room charges and applicable taxes.
- Cancellation must be received in writing prior to February 1st 2009.
- A valid credit card is required to reserve a guest room during this date.
- All credit cards used to reserve the room or rooms will be charged for the entire guest stay on February 2nd 2009. This applies to multiple room reservations utilizing the same card for guarantee.
- All credit cards that decline will be notified via telephone and have 3 business days to provide an alternate method of payment. If a method of payment is not supplied within this window, the reservation will be cancelled.
For individuals, when properties require a deposit for a reservation made more than 14 days in advance, the standard amount required shall be the rate for one night’s stay regardless of the guest’s intended length of stay. The deposit must be mailed within 7 days of making the reservation. 72 hours – notice is required for cancellations for the guest to receive a refund of their deposit. For special events, the property may require up to the full amount of the rental as a deposit.
Any additional conditions to a deposit refund must be given in writing at the time the deposit is confirmed or acknowledged. Credit cards or checks may be used for advance deposits. For groups, (10 or more rooms) the deposit is the total of one nights’ stay for each group room reserved regardless of the length of stay. The group must send the deposit 30 days prior to arrival.
